It's a clear example of a "machin...WTF?!? It's a <i><b>clear</b></i> example of a "machinegun" under both the statutory definition, AND the legal theories ATF has been using in criminal cases for decades!<br /><br />Only one actual trigger, which fires both barrels, i.e., two shots fired by one pull on a trigger.<br /><br />I don't object to the sale of the pistol, mind you. If damned fools want to throw money at this, and it makes them happy for ten minutes, COOL! Their money, their business.<br /><br />I don't object to the idea of reopening machinegun sales to citizens. Hell, even WITH the NFA registration fee, PITA paperwork, and questionable Constitutionality of some or all of the NFA in general, I'd register at least a half dozen Form 1'ed MGs if I could. . . <br /><br />I do object to ATF just ignoring the black letter of the law, especially since the entire agency was built on shaky, illogical, and OCD interpretations of laws. . .
