BACKBLAST AREA - CLEAR!

I'm blaming Weerd for this one.


one dozen eggs, hard boiled
1-1/2c white vinegar
1-1/2c water
1 T pickling spices
2 T sugar
1 t salt
4 tiny onions cut in half

I'll let you know in a week, after I've added beer.

Hit FarmMom up for her spicy pickle brine . It gets pretty rave reviews for pickled eggs .

You might want to try adding a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar as it adds a little different flavor and turns the eggs a purple/brown color.
