Looking at Amazon now it's around $2.30 per blade. I can buy blades for the safety razor for around a dime apiece and the shave quality is leaps and bounds better. Never going back!ZerCoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08347518441827166007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6867503761315699133.post-8316317231285321522012-03-05T01:17:48.300-05:002012-03-05T01:17:48.300-05:00When I'm not using the electric razor, I'v...When I'm not using the electric razor, I've been very impressed with the Mach 3, and less so with the Fusion.

http://mhaithaca.livejournal.com/735091.html

Of course, I also sometimes forget all of the above, and ask at the hotel front desk for a freebie. If you're looking for a "twist to open" top like the old Gillettes consider a Parker 92R: heavy-duty, well-built (much better than previous Parker's) and sells for a decent price.mantic59https://www.blogger.com/profile/10170330078663138616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6867503761315699133.post-63126538178792821982012-03-02T12:02:07.346-05:002012-03-02T12:02:07.346-05:00I've used a Merkur 34 (which I'm pretty su...I've used a Merkur 34 (which I'm pretty sure is the same thing with a slenderer handle) for about twelve years now. It's always done what I need it to do; no complaints here.

It's not ideal for initial Spring debearding, but that's the nature of any razor with a closed guard.elmo iscariothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14710846725911318970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6867503761315699133.post-91041023013910083822012-03-01T20:19:53.286-05:002012-03-01T20:19:53.286-05:00Can't help you too much. I've heard very good things about Merkur razors, though.Lokidudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16621746696000747854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6867503761315699133.post-10214823732952561662012-03-01T15:14:30.039-05:002012-03-01T15:14:30.039-05:00I really like my Merkur.
